Refill Subscription Plans

How does a refill subscription plan work?

Your selected 1 litre products will automatically be sent to your nominated address on your preferred schedule. Before each renewal we’ll send an email notification. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I subscribe?

Go to our refills and bundles page. Select the 1 litre product you wish to subscribe to and choose subscribe and save. Once you click on this option you will be able to select your preferred schedule eg: every month, 2 months, etc.

Will I save with a refill subscription plan?

Yes! By subscribing you will save 10% on every 1 litre product with the added bonus of reducing your plastic usage when refilling your 500ml bottle with your 1 litre refill.

What products can I subscribe to?

We currently offer our 1 litre Tuberose & Grapefruit Hydrating Hand Wash and 1 litre Geranium & Juniper Berry Body Wash on subscription plans.

How do I change or edit my subscription?

You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time by signing into your account and clicking ‘view subscriptions’.

Orders

What are your payment options?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including visa, mastercard, amex, union pay and jcb via shop pay, paypal, google pay, apple pay and afterpay.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes. We will include a personalised gift card and message with no additional charge with your order when you include a gift message at checkout. To do this please write your personalised message in the Gift Message text box when you have finished adding products to your basket.

Can I have my products sent without their boxes?

Yes, we have added this option to reduce packaging waste. When you place products in your basket you will be able to select a tick box that lets us know you don’t require your products to be packaged in their individual product boxes.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

We will do our best to assist when you have changes to your order providing your order hasn’t already been packed and sent. Please email us at orders@salusbody.com.au

How can I track my order?

When you place your order with us you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a delivery confirmation email. The delivery confirmation email will contain an Australia Post tracking number for your order that you can use to track your delivery via Australia Post.

The order sent is incorrect, what do I do?

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We offer free standard shipping within Australia for all orders via Australia Post.

Do you ship to New Zealand?

Yes we do. Shipping costs for all orders to New Zealand will be calculated at checkout. Please note that Heat Pillow and Aromatherapy Eye Pillow orders cannot be shipped to New Zealand.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. We only offer shipping within Australia and from Australia to New Zealand.

Where will my order go if nobody is at my delivery address?

If nobody is at your delivery address at the time your order is delivered Australia Post will take it to a local post office and email you when it’s available to pick up.

Can I have my delivery left is a safe place?

All orders are sent via Australia Post with signature required on delivery. If you wish to authorise Australia Post to leave your order in a safe place you can do so through the Australia Post shipping confirmation email you receive.

Can I collect my order?

Click and collect is only available from our Melbourne showroom in Port Melbourne between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday through to Friday. To organise pick up please select the ‘click and collect’ option at checkout.
