All Salus parcels are dispatched via the Australia Post Parcel Service.
Please note all Express Post orders need to be placed before 2pm AEST on Monday to Friday to ensure they are shipped via Australia Post Express the same day.
Last day for delivery by Christmas (for all states except WA) is Friday 20th December for Standard Shipping and Monday 23rd December for Express Shipping.

Shipping rates for all New Zealand order will be calculated at checkout. As a guide shipping rates to New Zealand via standard Australia Post international post are:

Please note due to customs clearance issues Salus Heat Pillows cannot be shipped to New Zealand.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number followed by a confirmation email from Australia Post with your expected delivery schedule.
If nobody is home to sign for your delivery, Australia Post will take your order to the nearest Post Office and email you when it's available for pick up. If you would prefer for Australia Post to leave your order in a safe place or deliver to a parcel locker you will be able to notify Australia Post of this preference when your Australia Post confirmation email is sent.
If you need your order urgently we are able to process same day click and collect orders for pick up at our warehouse facility in Port Melbourne.
Order pick ups are available from 9.00am through to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
To organise your pick up please select the 'click and collect' option when processing your order. When your order is packed we will email you to let you know your order is ready to collect.
Please present your order confirmation email and photo ID on collection and if somebody else is collecting the order on your behalf a written authorisation is required.
Click and collect orders need to be placed before 2.00pm for same day pick up. We do not process click and collect orders on weekends or public holidays.
Orders not collected within 7 days will be cancelled and refunded.
If you change your mind in relation to a Salus purchase you made with us via our online store you are welcome to return your product as long as it's within 30 days of the purchase date.
A refund - if the product is returned unopened, unused and in saleable condition we will provide you with a refund. All refunds processed by us will be returned via the original payment method.
A gift voucher - if the product has been slightly used, sampled or opened we will provide you with a gift voucher credit able to be redeemed at www.salusbody.com.au
With all returns you must be able to provide proof of purchase eg: a online order receipt or order no.
If your purchase was one of our gift sets or limited edition kits you may only return the set in full as individual products within these kits cannot be individually refunded.
If your order was purchased direct with one of our authorised stockists please contact that store direct so that you can be guided in relation to their returns policy.

Please contact our Customer Service Team on 0435 188 376 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and we'll generate a return label and help you with your return.
