Australia Post Shipping

Our delivery partner, Australia Post, is currently experiencing delivery delays. Delivery timelines for standard shipping are delayed 3-5 business days, and 1-2 business days for express. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are doing our best to dispatch orders as soon as we can

All Salus parcels are dispatched via the Australia Post Parcel Service. 

Please note all Express Post orders need to be placed before 2pm AEST on Monday to Friday to ensure they are shipped via Australia Post Express the same day.

All other areas 5-8 business days

Express shipping (Australia only)

Metro areas (except Perth & Darwin) 1 business day

International Shipping (New Zealand Only)

Shipping rates for all New Zealand order will be calculated at checkout. As a guide shipping rates to New Zealand via standard Australia Post international post are:

Up to 2kg $15
2 to 5kg $35
5 to 10kg $55
10 to 15kg $65
15 to 20kg $80

Please note due to customs clearance issues Salus Heat Pillows cannot be shipped to New Zealand.


If you change your mind in relation to a Salus purchase you made with us via our online store you are welcome to return your product as long as it's within 90 days of the purchase date.

A refund - if the product is returned unopened, unused and in saleable condition we will provide you with a refund. All refunds processed by us will be returned via the original payment method.

A gift voucher - if the product has been slightly used, sampled or opened we will provide you with a gift voucher credit able to be redeemed at

With all returns you must be able to provide proof of purchase eg: a online order receipt or order no.

If your purchase was one of our gift sets or limited edition kits you may only return the set in full as individual products within these kits cannot be individually refunded.

If your order was purchased direct with one of our authorised stockists please contact that store direct so that you can be guided in relation to their returns policy.

Please contact our Customer Service Team on 0435 188 376 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and we'll generate a return label and help you with your return.
